Service
It is important to make sure your boiler and central heating system is fully prepared for the winter months and that is why we have chosen to offer our customers our unique service package, which not only checks your boiler but the rest of your system too and our aim is to leave you with a safe, efficient trouble free system providing continued comfort and economy.

The 10 points listed below cover the main areas that are checked by fully qualified CORGI registered Engineers during an annual service:

1. Flue ways and terminals
2. Ventilation provision
3. Gas pressure and heat input
4. All safety devices
5. The following boiler components:

6. Performance test (on all boilers with a suitable test point or accessible flue terminal)
7. All visible pipe work and controls
8. All radiators
9. Expansion tank (and vessel) and associated components
10. Advice on the use of your present controls more efficiently.

Repair
Not all repairers are the same, unlike some repair services we diagnose and repair your fault and do not just replace items until the problem disappears!

We do not advocate a replacement appliance unless there is good reason. Where a fault may lie in the heating system and not the appliance, we would always advise you which items are required to effect the repair before carrying out the work.

In circumstances where our engineer believes an item should be replaced or repaired because it is worn we would indicate this as an advisory on our report and recommend the best form of resolution. We again would not carry out any work without your instruction to do so.

All parts replaced are covered by a 12 month guarantee.
